Emory Recognizes Student Loan Default Prevention Awareness Month

Throughout the month of October, Emory’s Financial Literacy Program will be working to highlight and promote the importance of responsible borrowing and further educate Emory’s students on the various student loan resources available to them on and off campus.  Our goal is to increase awareness regarding student loan repayment, preventing student loan default, and debt and money management.

Our belief is that by employing prevention and outreach, we can contribute to our students’ loan repayment success and, therefore, reduce the risk of default.
